Product Launch Social Campaign

The Pure Hyaluronic Serum was the last product added to the No B.S. lineup for 2019. This oil-free serum not only uses Hyaluronic Acid to pack moisture into the skin, but it also draws moisture from the air, assisting in plumping fine lines and added suppleness with continual use. I created and curated fun, snackable content for the pre-launch, launch and post-launch of this product.

The Amazon marketplace has a specific format in place for product listings, making it difficult for brands to stand out. Prior to rebranding, No B.S. had no direction, and this was apparent on their storefront. After new brand guidelines were in place, we explored ways to emphasize the packaging, ingredients and value props with the bold colors and distinct messaging that defined their identity, while still following Amazon's format. After successfully doing this, we translated it across the entire product lineup.

Achievements

At the end of 2019, the Caffeine Eye Cream and Retinol Night Cream both received a Beauty Innovation Industry Award. To share this exciting achievement, we created animated ads and banners for our site and social media channels.

Discovery kits

Early 2020, we wanted to secure new customers while also increasing repurchase rates, so we put a lot of focus on the Discovery Kits. Each kit had a specific routine and they were only offered exclusively to new customers via social media ads or email. We incentivized customers to try core products at a significantly reduced price point. Once purchased, we followed up with specific promotions when they returned to the site. Out of 4 kits, I executed assets for the Award Winning Best Seller and Full Routine Kits

During the holidays, brands put considerable effort into deals. For Black Friday, we sent out direct mailers  to customers who shopped via the No B.S. website or Amazon store. Then in December, 12 Days of Sales was where shoppers could access a different deal during that time frame.
